You'll work directly alongside our team, build your own client relationships, and grow within a practice that has spent two decades proving that doing good and doing well are not mutually exclusive. We're the sustainable investment arm of Prime Capital Financial, a $30+ billion RIA — so you get the resources of a national firm without losing the soul of a boutique.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients who want their investments to reflect their values
• Build your own book of business through hard work, prospecting, referrals, and community engagement
• Deliver real financial planning and investment guidance using Earth Equity's sustainable model portfolios
• Conduct client reviews and walk alongside clients through the moments that matter
• Collaborate with an experienced team that is genuinely invested in your success

Who You Are

• Series 65 or 66 licensed, or actively working toward licensure — what matters most is your commitment to the profession and your clients
• Working toward your CFP® or already there — we'll support you either way
• Genuinely passionate about sustainability, not just professionally interested in it
• An entrepreneurial relationship-builder who thrives on client acquisition and community involvement
• Ready to plant roots — you want a career home, not a stepping stone
• An existing book of business is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
