WHAT YOU'LL DO Duties & Responsibilities Manage full lifecycle recruiting process from talent requisition and identification to new hire onboarding for niche and Manager-level (and above) roles. Build out talent networks in critical/difficult/niche sectors and tap knowledgeable industry sources to develop an ongoing pool of candidates.
