Administrative Support (Important)
This is a relationship-building and closing position — not an admin role.
The right person will be staffed with an administrative teammate who handles the operational/admin side of the process so you can stay focused on:
client conversations,
relationship deepening,
recommendations and next steps,
and moving families confidently from “thinking about it” to “getting it done.”
How the Administrative Support Works
You will be paired with a dedicated administrative teammate who manages the logistics that can slow advisors down — including scheduling and confirmations, meeting prep and document gathering, workflow tracking, and follow-up coordination. Your focus stays where it belongs: client relationships, advice conversations, and closing business, with only the minimum documentation and tasks required for compliance remaining on your plate.
Essentially, You’ll handle very little administrative work, limited to what is legally required, compliance-driven, and necessary to serve clients with excellence.
