Management of the Bank’s interest rate risk management process. Working with outside consultant, develop and document all key assumptions utilized in the preparation of net interest income simulations and EVE analysis.   Coordination of quarterly ALCO Committee meetings. Includes scheduling, agendas, minutes and delivery of committee report package. Preparation of quarterly liquidity analysis and stress tests. Documentation of all key assumptions utilized in the stress test scenarios. Oversee Capital and Liquidity Contingency Plan. Ensure that the plan is updated annually
