This includes participation in agency and division strategic planning, staff development and retention, staff supervision, and regulatory participation and review. Difficulty of Work The Deputy Directory maintains a high level of knowledge in both federal and state laws, regulations, and policies dealing with the entities regulated by the division; has excellent written and verbal communication skills, and effective leadership skills.
