The Board of Directors is seeking potential candidates to serve as volunteers on Kinecta's Supervisory Committee and other committees, which is an important responsibility.  The time commitment averages 8-10 hours per month and 6-8 days per year for Strategic Planning and Education & Training events.  We strongly prefer a candidate that lives our works within Southern California where many of our members are located.   The Supervisory Committee shall make, or cause to be made, an annual audit of the Credit Union and shall submit a report of that audit to the Board of Directors. The Supervisory Committee shall review and approve the internal audit engagement, receive and review internal audit reports, ensure sufficient budget is available for the internal audit funct
