This person will play a vital role in the organization's future success (an interest in equity participation is encouraged). We are looking for a seasoned financial planner with outstanding communication skills and a servant-heart who wants to join our team in providing a comprehensive and personal financial planning experience to our clients.
Provide top-class fiduciary advice to our clients about financial strategies and implementation.
Prepares customized financial plans in a manner that is tailored to the needs of the clients.
Handle communication with client base, including phone calls, emails, and meetings.
Build and maintain relationships with client base.
Maintain all continuing education requirements of a planner plus required training elements.
Adhere to all company and industry compliance policies.
Contribute to the growth of the firm.
Strives to grow and develop an appropriate skillset to enhance contribution to client relationships.

Five+ years of client-facing experience in the financial services profession.
Knowledge of financial planning/office tools (MoneyGuide Elite, AdvisorEngine CRM (Junxure), Tamarac, Microsoft office, etc.) preferred.
CFP® designation (Certified Financial Planner™) is strongly preferred.
