Branch Manager
The Branch Manager is responsible to manage the day-to-day operations of a retail banking office; promote excellent client services, ensure proper staffing levels, enforce accurate branch procedures and generate retail sales and referrals. In addition, this individual will be responsible for providing sales and service coaching for all individuals in the branch to assist in the achievement of bank goals and initiatives. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Plan and coordinate daily work of direct reports; Train and motivate employees. Monitor and evaluate team performance, holding employees accountable for goals and objectives. Development of staff through coaching and performance appraisal process.
