Salary Details:
The salary range is initially between $80,000 - $140,000 commensurate with skills, professional background, and expertise. Salary adjustment based on your speed of learning and absorbing responsibilities. Performance bonuses, health insurance, sick leave, and paid time off are offered.

REQUIREMENTS
- Completion of coursework on financial planning through a CFP Board Registered Program
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Successfully passed the CFP exam.
- 2-5 years’ experience in the financial planning field.
SKILLS:
- Knowledgeable in common financial planning subjects (estate planning, tax planning, investment planning, retirement accumulation & distribution planning).
- Knowledge of insurance related products such as Life, health, and variable annuity.
- Analytical and research oriented, attention to detail, ability to problem solve and recommend solutions.
- Build and maintain positive rapport with clients, industry participants and senior advisor.
- Ability to keep an even temperament and provide pleasant client service experiences.
- Effective time management skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Be a team player with a collaborative approach, ability to receive feedback to learn and improve.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate complex issues in an understandable manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
