The Assistant Branch Operations Manager will have the unique opportunity of growing the Devon location of State Bank of Texas in Chicago.  We are seeking someone with strong operational skills and proven outside sales experience in the banking industry. 

Over half of the work day will be spent planning and executing successful calls to solicit new customers and grow the branch's core deposits.  The candidate should be professional, outgoing, friendly and enjoy the sales process.  

The remainder of the work week will be spent supervising branch operations, opening new accounts, and providing customers service to existing customers.

• Five (5) years banking industry experience with increasing levels of responsibility
• Three (3) years management or supervisory experience.
