Digital Business Client Trainer and Administrator
Description Summary Provides in person or virtual client training for all digital business products and services including but not limited to ACH and Wire Origination, Merchant Processing, Positive Pay and Client Self Administration. Supports all Digital Business functions including, but not limited to Sweep Services, fee analysis and Digital Business Online Banking Services. Provides any assistance with software required to utilize these services, troubleshoots issues with software providers and the Bank's core processor, assists with implementations of Digital Corporate services and upgrades to existing systems.
