We’re looking for a friendly, highly detailed individual to join the team at Bank of Wisconsin Dells as part of our Deposit Operations Department.  This position requires the ability to use technology in your daily job, high attention to detail, the capacity to adapt and problem solve.  Candidates must also have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.  Previous accounting or bank experience a plus, but not required.  Position is responsible for:

• Processing of account transactions both paper and electronic
• Posting and verify accounting entries
• Troubleshooting transaction exceptions
• Answering customer inquiries regarding accounts, debit cards, and electronic banking products
• Supports electronic banking products (online and mobile banking, remote deposit capture, debit cards)
• Processing and verifying account changes
