WHAT YOU'LL DO The Commercial Loan Coordinator will work with the Relationship Manager, commercial loan documentation, loan servicing, and customers to process all aspects of the commercial lending function. Additional Duties: Gather financials and other necessary documentation, from prospects and existing customers needed to submit to underwriting. Input new loan requests in credit system and maintain the loan record throughout the loan process - terms of loan, collateral, borrowers/guarantors, upload supporting relationship and loan documentation, etc. Analyze loan packages and collateral files for completeness.
