The Loan Production Assistant supports the Loan Officers and Loan processing team with the administrative work of guiding clients through the loan application process and gathering information to ensure that an informed decision can be made. Major Responsibilities/Activities Assist Loan Officers with the input of complete and accurate loan applications. Review and validate loans for completeness and accuracy and ensure any deficiencies are appropriately addressed and resolved prior to submission for processing and/or underwriting  Assist with the inputting of fees to ensure that loan is disclosed properly and within company policy and state and federal regulations for compliance purposes Communicate with customer on an ongoing basis to
