Complete mandatory account reviews for the assigned accounts
Actively assist in the development of new sales opportunities.
Attend discovery/needs-based sales training.
Serve as resource for team.
Possess the ability to make recommendations consistent with the client's Investment Policy Statement.
Establish Recurring receipts and distributions, ensuring items are in line with account agreement and documentation.
Strong oral and written communication skills with moderate to high level of customer contact via client meetings, phone, and correspondence.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Requires Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance preferred, or commensurate experience in the financial advisory or wealth management industry with high net-worth clients.
If not already passed CFP, CFA, CTFA, or CPA designations or begun one of the previous programs then must have industry experience that assists the team and client relationship.
Attend appropriate training and informational programs to enhance understanding of the industry as part of the on-going job responsibilities.
Requires knowledge of standard business systems, including but not limited to Trust Accounting systems, Microsoft Office and Outlook.
