Prepare consumer, commercial and commercial real estate loan documentation
Complete due diligence relating to documentation preparation
Review title work and searches for exceptions; and work with Loan Department to clear.
Work with attorneys as required on loan documentation.
Coordinate title company closings.
Review documents against loan approval for accuracy and completeness.
Add collateral exception and tickler tracking items to Baker Hill
Maintain collateral exception report and assist with collateral exception follow-up.
Assemble loan files and deliver them to Loan Operations, with original documents, funding instructions and Boarding Data.
Other projects as assigned.

Undergraduate degree, or comparable (5 years) commercial loan documentation experience.
Excellent organization, communication and attention to detail skills required.
Strong computer skills, including Laser Pro and Doc Magic documentation software.
Experience with Baker Hill, or other comparable tracking software, preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities from multiple sources.
