The Compliance Risk Officer is responsible for developing, administering, and monitoring bank programs and products to ensure compliance with regulations and rules governing operations and product offerings in all areas of the bank. The Compliance Risk Officer performs testing and assists in the education of all personnel, including senior management and the Board of Directors in all areas of compliance. The Compliance Risk Officer ensures senior management and Board of Directors are continuously informed of all aspects of the bank's compliance activities, including an evaluation of its relative risk exposure related to compliance. The Compliance Risk Officer also serves as the Bank's Community Reinvestment Act Officer.
