What You'll Do: The Finance Reporting & Data Management Manager will effectively manage Busey Bank's financial reporting system; generating actionable reporting and analysis to guide financial planning and analysis on a company-wide level. This role will report to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis.
What You'll Bring:
Financial system administration skills with Axiom experience strongly preferred; SQL experience required
Strong accounting skills
Intermediate to advanced understanding of the banking industry

Analyze and solve problems that require analysis where there is generally a precedent
Prioritize daily, weekly, monthly workflow

Provide administration of Axiom financial reporting and budgeting system.
Assist with budget activities as needed.
Manage production of reporting in support of the organization.
Why it Matters: The Financial Reporting & Data Management Manager is a critical member of the FP&A team. This position will lead process to develop, run and manage internal reporting used to drive business performance.
Education & Training:
Requires Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; 2-3 years' experience in bank accounting and/or MIS preferred.
Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office required; previous management experience preferred.
