We are seeking a loan administration assistant with the ability to:
Perform daily functions within the loan department
Book and service Fannie Mae loans
Process and document loans
Perform other duties as assigned
Ability to work independently and as a team
Excellent listening and communication skills
Attention to detail
Problem solving skills
Excellent work ethic – honesty, diligence, time management
Underwriting is a plus
