The Client Services Managers are the primary point of contact for all designated clients, responsible for providing the highest level of investment service. This includes supervision of client investment portfolios in accordance with their Investment Policy Statement (IPS), processing client requests, maintaining account information in the Client Relationship Management System (CRM) and preparing reports in the Portfolio Management System. It is the Client Services Manager’s responsibility to be thoroughly knowledgeable about their assigned clients’ needs and preferences and to ensure that requests and reports are completed in a timely and accurate manner. The candidate is expected to demonstrate strong initiative, work independently, and offer valuable contributions to improving the standard of delivery in client services to a sophisticated clientele. We currently have three Client Services Managers and would like to expand this team.

Supervise client investment portfolios in accordance with individual investment goals detailed in the IPS. Proactively identify inconsistencies in reporting and follow-up to resolve discrepancies in a timely fashion.
Respond to clients’ calls and other communications. Document client instructions, request(s), resulting activity and completion in CRM.
Prepare and communicate trade order instructions to trade department (and/or process trades), review and approve processed trades (buy/sell securities).
Order and direct the transfer of funds and securities as directed by client including arranging client withdrawals, wire instructions, check requests, and ACH debits/credits. On a daily basis, review client cash positions, deposits and withdrawals for each account. Process periodic distributions (IRA RMDs, monthly/quarterly income/principal, etc.).
Manage the process for establishing and transitioning accounts for existing clients as well as following new-client onboarding procedures as assigned, by preparing Investment Advisory Agreements, custodian documents, Investment Policy Statements and other required documentation. Ensure paperwork is prepared and submitted in good order and all follow-up items such as the transfer securities are complete.
Prepare materials for client meeting including agendas, minutes, reports, notes and assigned special projects; complete follow-up tasks promptly.
Participate as client service team member in client and investment committee meetings.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably with Finance, Economics or Accounting major
Certified Financial Planner
Integrity and ability to maintain complete confidentiality
Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with an emphasis on being professional, clear and concise
Strong math background and skills
Impeccable attention to detail
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint
Prefer customer service experience in financial or investment services
