The Information Security Officer is an enterprise risk management role that has responsibility for the security of all electronic information received, maintained, processed and transmitted by Magnolia Bank, as well as the security of all paper-based records.
The ISO is responsible for developing and managing the Information Security Program and works to ensure that business rules, procedures and training are in place to ensure compliance with this Program and business rules, including cyber-security. This also includes the oversight of the IT Risk Assessment. The ISO is responsible for guiding the vendor management process and business rules outlined in the Vendor Management Policy and Procedures.
Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university in a business or computer related field or five to seven years of related banking, audit and/or compliance experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) preferred
Must have extensive experience with network administration and software applications
Additional Salary Information: Salary will be based upon experience and certifications
