Provide expert advice and counsel in the area of personal trust products and services; manage and administer all aspects of assigned clients' fiduciary accounts.
Provide high level customer service to clients, beneficiaries, attorneys, and other related parties to assigned accounts.
Monitor and service client accounts daily to ensure smooth operations and adherence to bank policies and procedures.
Coordinate and arrange for the presentation and review of discretionary distributions, other discretionary matters, and acceptance of new fiduciary business.
Escalate issues to the Director of Fiduciary Services and Compliance/Fiduciary Officer as appropriate.
Administer accounts in a manner that ensures compliance with relevant governing instruments, legal requirements, and business line policies and procedures.
Proactively consult with clients regarding legal, tax, investment, and general administration of their accounts.
Actively pursue opportunities to acquire new business - both in securing additional assets from existing clients as well as seeking new client opportunities.
Responsible for working with and coordinating the efforts of our Investment Team, Financial Planning and Tax Specialists, Estate Planning, and Portfolio Management Teams to create comprehensive financial strategies and solutions to help clients achieve their desired objectives over their lifetime.
Education and Training
Requires a bachelors' degree or commensurate experience with fiduciary administration; previous trust experience preferred.
On-going development and broadening of appropriate knowledge and skills; additional education will need to be successfully completed.

Knowledge of Wealth Management Services including trust and estate administration, investments, and banking concepts
