Partner with business lines to oversee and manage customer impact planning and strategy.
Manage multichannel onboarding program(s) to increase engagement, foster positive customer experience and build loyalty and retention while generating additional sales by assisting customers in maximizing the value of their new Busey relationship.
Develop and execute all operational customer communication, including managing customer support via social media and the annual State of the Customer report.
Maintain design and integrity of corporate brand and culture through internal and external messaging and communications relative to all aspects of customer experience and community relations.
Function as troubleshooter and resource link for service support throughout the organization.
Write letters, memos, customer responses, webpage and other copy as needed in the appropriate tone and with correct grammar and punctuation.
Foster team spirit to improve internal engagement and preserve culture.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Experience managing communications efforts, including the social media channel
Take independent action within established fields and develop new procedures or approaches to problems as needed

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is required.
Requires 3 or more years of marketing and/or communications experience.
Previous management experience is preferred.
Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media.
