This is a Full Time / Non-Exempt / Hourly position
Hours during initial scanning project – Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm
Hours following completion of scanning project will be on a rotation basis between other System Techs – Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm, 8:30am-5:30pm, or 9:00am-6:00pm
As a Citizens Bank Systems Tech you will work closely with the Systems Operations Officer to assist with software trouble shooting of assigned banking applications. This position will achieve a working knowledge of core Citizens Bank products and processes.
Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
Coordination of timeline and process with Systems Operations Officer for scanning documents at each Branch location.
Coordination with Bank Courier to relocate scanning equipment.
Set-up of scanning equipment at each location.
Scan, file, review, approval, and final filing of scanned documents at each location.
Requires daily travel until completion of scanning. Locations will vary, but will include all Branch locations. Required to use own personal vehicle (with reimbursement for mileage).
Progress reports to Systems Operations Officer when working offsite.
Must develop and maintain a high level of expertise related to assigned applications and system infrastructure.
Primarily responsible for processing Employee Access Forms.
Primarily responsible for providing support to internal customers for password resets for Jack Henry Systems.
Primarily responsible for assisting with Driver and Certificate installation to internal customers.
Provide technical support to internal customers with system accesses and troubleshoot issues.
Monitor daily production and functionality of assigned applications and track issues requiring support. Systems may include but not limited to Bank’s Core System and Synergy. Collaborate with team members on technical issues and escalate to the next level when needed.
Build and maintain effective relationships with Bank employees, management and leadership, project team members, the ASC Management Team, and vendors.
Model the Citizens Bank Corporate Culture in all aspects of interactions and work.
Maintain the safety, integrity, and confidentiality of customer information.
Help maintain a safe and secure work environment.
Build, develop, and maintain partnerships with teammates and other departments to maximize effectiveness and to best serve our customers.
Regular and reliable attendance.
Responsible for completing all training courses assigned.
Compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and other banking regulations.
Other duties as assigned.
High School Diploma required.
Certificate or Degree in Computer Science; equivalent work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
Prior banking experience with Jack Henry Core preferred.
Prior customer service experience preferred.
Physical requirements: Will sit for extended periods of time. May lift bags/boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
