As a coach, help guide the consumer in areas of personal growth that will empower them to take responsibility for their decisions, supports their continual learning and growth, and serves as an accountability partner throughout this continuous process. The coach will work continually and consultatively with the consumer, focusing on long-term improvement of overall fiscal behaviors to drive a positive end result for the consumer.
- Bachelor's degree
- Certified coach (from a certified institution) - Three to five years of related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience - Good understanding of U.S. Bank products, financial planning and the advice process - Demonstrated use of coaching skills and motivational techniques when working with customers - Strong organizational and communication skills - Measurable and demonstrated track record of excellent customer service and customer satisfaction - Experience in hospitality, training, psychology, or teaching a plus
Help customers and non-customers plan for all phases of their future through one-on-one, couple, or small-group sessions through the varying stages of their goal lifecycle, while personalizing each interaction. The focus towards fulfilling their life goals and aspirations.
Work with customers to identify ways to change habits, lifestyle and finances in order to achieve goals and improve financial literacy by exploring their fiscal and non-financial goals and objectives.
Hold the consumer accountable to their goals and support them through their behavioral change.
Maintain private and confidential relationships with customers, without divulging their personal information
Work consultatively with the customer ongoing, engaging an official banker, or other licensed finance professional, at the right time by utilizing bank products and overall money management techniques to provide actionable advice to consumers.
