-- Analyze all pertinent credit and financial information, including bank files, credit reporting services, other financial institutions
-- Assist in making credit decisions through presentation of financial spreadsheets and written analyses focusing on areas of profitability, liquidity, cash flow and industry stabilization.
-- Prepare all spreadsheet and financial information accurately and within guidelines
-- Prepare loan presentations, present facts and offer opinions concerning credit worthiness. Includes use of commercial relationship support software.
-- Review credit file for complete documentation
-- Compiles monthly and quarterly loan reports for loan officers for purposes of presenting to Executive Committee
-- Prices loans based on various terms and rates for lending officers
-- Manages all remote deposit portfolios including set-up, training, auditing, and all ongoing support.
-- Assists business customers with online banking needs. This includes, but is not limited to, setting up user accounts on the online banking system, creating transfer templates, and setting limitations for different user levels.
-- Assists commercial customers with ACH, RDC, Positive Pay and any other treasury needs. Responsibilities include presenting new prospects to Loan Committee, setting up client and user information on the business banking system, monitoring of files, and periodic audits.
-- Evaluates and reviews appraisals for commercial and residential real estate.
-- Assists Merchant customers in referral to 3rd party vendor.
-- Contact with SBA regarding potential SBA loans
-- Additional duties as assigned.
-- Attendance and timeliness are essential.
-- High school diploma or GED
-- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting preferred.
-- Minimum 3 years in a Credit Analyst role
-- Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems
-- Strong communication skills.
-- Ability to perform duties with a high degree of accuracy.
-- Must possess a high degree of flexibility to work under the stress connected with the variety and technical
nature of duties.
-- Must display positive interpersonal skills in order to work effectively with customers and other staff members.
-- Must be professional in appearance and attitude and maintain a courteous demeanor through the day.
