While supporting the Wellness Director, the Wellness Coordinator will work to help develop, manage and maintain a total wellness strategy to reduce health risk, medical costs and encourage healthy lifestyles through the following actions:
Work closely with departments across the organization to educate, train and enhance wellness initiatives
Manage day-to-day tasks including questions from associates and managing the wellness platform. Assist in quarterly reporting and incentive payouts
Manage Busey's Wellness Center(s) including scheduling of group fitness classes, management of wellness center staff and hosting events
Coordinate and facilitate on-site biometric screenings, flu shot clinics, CPR-AED training and other screenings and trainings.
Communicate with and facilitate discussions with Busey's Wellness Champion Committee to ensure engagement and participation
Assist with the execution of the wellness strategy and communication timeline(s).
Assist in the implementation of corporate wellness programs, curriculums, and courses and related communications.
Knowledgeable of current national wellness and wellbeing initiatives. Maintain design and integrity of corporate brand and culture.

Analyze and solve problems based on a wide knowledge of many factors where application of advanced or technical concepts is required

Knowledge and familiarity of operation of standard exercise equipment.
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Certification in corporate wellness is preferred.
Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office.
