- Provide cash management sales expertise to prospective and existing Busey customers
Sell product solutions to maintain and grow a cash management book of business; a fee based baseline and deposits
Generate New Sales Income
Identify market trends within assigned market territory that will impact customer buying patterns and business problems
- Reflect the needs of the market back to the organization
Maintain ongoing communication with prospects and current customers regarding developments or improvements to the cash management suit of solutions
Maintain open dialogue with internal Busey stakeholders regarding ways to optimize Busey's product positioning
- Identify referral opportunities for all Busey lines of business.
- Participate in Product Committee
Assist with product development to achieve strategy set forth by Cash Management Leadership
- Partner with Cash Management Implementation to ensure adherence to compliance
ACH/RDC, risk assessments, etc.
