Complete account opening/closing and updates; work directly with advisor and client to onboard through the process.
Work directly with clients and advisors to ensure access to online wealth management programs; provide ongoing client technical and service support.
Work with Wealth Advisory team to review and send client notifications on accounts and aid clients and Wealth Advisory team with account details.
Administer payroll for household employees and reconcile records quarterly.
Conduct frontline training for Wealth Advisory associates on processes, procedures, and systems.
Coordinate date of death valuations.
Set up clients for online access to Weblink and/or Black Diamond.
Respond to client's calls and emails to reset password and trouble-shoot online systems.
Maintain assets in safekeeping vault.
Maintain integrity of client vault files.
Review and maintain liability insurance for real estate held in trust accounts.
