FUNCTION: Provide assistance to customers and staff while maintaining a professional image.
Provide excellent customer service to all customers as a Synergy STAR employee.
Communicate with customers that are in the lobby as well as those who call in to resolve account related problems and to ensure positive public relations.
Explain services to potential personal and business account customers to generate additional business.
Open new accounts and perform maintenance to existing accounts through Navigator and BPM systems with accuracy.
Issue debit cards through the Card@Once System.
Complete check orders while also ensuring bank records are updated and accurate.
Maintain Safe Deposit Box database and availability log ensuring accuracy.
Comply with all bank related federal regulations including Bank Secrecy Act paying attention to Customer Identification Policy.
Make every effort to cross-sell all bank products and services that meet our customer’s needs. Make follow-up calls to new account relationships and log results to ensure the customer’s experience was professional and courteous.

Basic computer experience
Three or more years’ bank sales and new accounts experience AND/OR bachelor's degree or higher education
Knowledge of Navigator, BPM, Harland-Clarke Check Ordering, Equifax and Card@Once systems
Completion of banking education courses
