Research, develop, and implement solutions to process and software utilized throughout the company which includes the ability to:

Completes difficult work request/projects in an effective and timely manner with little supervision
Develop and analyze meaningful daily, weekly, and monthly reports for senior management.
Prioritize and manage all performance variance analysis, identify causes, and develop action plans to correct.
