Skokie-area public accounting firm is seeking a full-time staff accountant with minimum 2 years public accounting experience.
The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented tax preparer who can handle individual, corporate and partnership tax returns.
Other duties include preparation of sales and payroll tax returns, year-end closings including journal entries, communication with clients, financial statement preparation, correspondence with taxing agencies and other duties as assigned.
Minimum 2 years experience preparing federal and state tax returns
LaCerte experience preferred
QuickBooks experience required
Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize tasks
