Responsibilities include the administration and execution of PAR/WACHA’s education programs including; live and recorded webinars, in person training sessions, symposiums, conferences. New program development may also be a part of the position, based on the needs of the department and the membership
Bachelors degree in Business, adult education or related field or commensurate experience
3-5 years experience facilitating adult education
Experience in banking operations or compliance
AAP, NCP or APRP Certifications
Valid driver's license for business related travel
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Understand and display high levels of internal and external customer service
Work as an effective and proactive team-player; understand the importance of supporting members and associates
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; skilled in conducting presentations and training as well as educating individuals and small groups on intricate concepts as part of the audit process
Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with diverse groups; strong collaboration and networking skills; able to build strong business relationships with members and others
Excellent writing, grammatical and editing skills to write professional training presentations and audit reports as well as other PAR/WACHA publications and communications
PAR/WACHA, we are an association that provides payments training to its members and customers. We cover topics such as ACH, RDC, Wire, Card and Faster Payments. We are know for excellent customer service in answering payments questions. We also conduct ACH audits as well as ACH and RDC Risk assessments.
