The Deposit Services Representative provides the highest standard of customer service possible by offering efficient, quality assistance to all customers both external and internal. Actively listens and assesses customer’s needs. Researches and resolves requests and responds to inquiries regarding all bank products and services.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:
Provide internal customer service and processes for bank products and exception items.
Monitors and addresses banking items on a daily basis.
Transmits and maintains banking files.
Performs debit card responsibilities, including orders and maintenance.
Reviews banking documents and information for accuracy and completeness.
Runs data processing machines to include statement sorter and mailing equipment.
Demonstrates and promotes the Town and Country Bank core values of teamwork, achievement, passion and positive thinking.
Complies with all bank regulations for assigned job function and apply to designated job responsibilities
Protects the confidentiality of all bank customers.
Maintains processes and procedures for a variety of bank operation functions.
Minimum two years banking experience.
Back office banking systems experience preferred. Experience with Jack Henry and/or 4Sight systems a plus.
Demonstrated understanding of banking concepts.
Working knowledge of computers and office software packages.
Ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers in a positive manner and resolve inquiries.
Effective communication, time management and organization skills.
