Provides HR Administrative support and processes payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
Bi-weekly payroll function and all that it involves
Maintain timesheets on all personnel editing as needed
Quarterly audit of PTO balances
Assists with EEO/AAP compliance
Coordinate annual employee relations events
Provide analytic reports to management as needed
Reconcile benefit vendor invoices to payroll deductions
Provides HR administrative support
Perform all duties in compliance with BSA/AML regulations and requirements
Monitors and reports suspicious activity to the BSA Officer

Software skills including Microsoft Office, Adobe, Internet, and Email
Associates degree in business management, or one to two years’ experience in the HR field, or any similar combination of education and experience
Experience with Ultipro payroll processing and recruitment (preferred)
Experience with multistate payroll
