Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Complete Estoppels and Subordination Non-Disturbance and Attornment (SNDA) document, and edit to accurately reflect lease terms and minimize exposure to BB&T. 2. Review and maintain document log to provide correct information, critical dates and report criteria. 3. Provide list derived from Real Estate Management System of all new documents that meet the Sarbanes-Oxley criteria. 4. Conduct lease research, answer questions, clarify lease terminology, interpret lease language through a thorough lease review and contact landlord when required. 5. Read lease/deed to obtain specific document facts and input information in database or prepare leases for off-site abstracting.

Three years of relevant experience 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 4. Strong organizational skills and ability to complete work with critical time schedules 5. Ability to read and interpret contracts 6. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products 7. Ability to travel, occasionally overnight
Desired Skills: 1. Real Estate and/or Real Estate Brokerage license 2. Previous commercial real estate experience 3. Ability to work in team environment 4. Notary
