Perform outbound calling to new & existing customers to drive sales opportunities
Run appropriate insurance illustrations based on a variety of sales scenarios
Work with producers to secure illustrations, forms, & marketing materials off CrumpLifeInsurance.com
Utilize CRM system to log calls and illustration requests
Provide Marketing support to the team (eCards, promotion of AskLine calls etc.).
Proactively contact agents to demonstrate CrumpLifeInsurance.com functions (Quoting Engines, Forms Now, Life Solutions, etc.) to streamline processes
Deliver customer support related to inbound sales call (Phone Loop)
Misc: InsureNow Champion, Conversion Champion, Implementation Lead
Required Skills and Competencies:

High School Graduate or equivalent GED
Experience with PC's in a Windows environment
Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
Ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers

Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously
Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment
Ability to work in a self-directed fashion
