Summary of Job Responsibilities:
Maintains awareness, understanding and compliance with Guaranty Bank and Trust’s “Code of Ethics”, internal policies and procedures, laws and regulations that are appropriate for his/her position.
This position is responsible for financial advisor support, client relationship development and management and wealth management planning for Private Capital Management, LLC, an Independent Bank Group Company.

Ensures that all activities and work functions comply with compliance requirements as defined in company policies and procedures and state/federal laws and regulations.
Work with our team of advisors to develop consistent, best in class, deliverables for financial plans and consistency in client experiences across all client relationships and advisors
Client task management – prepare information for advisors and clients, submit and follow up on necessary paperwork and client requests, regularly update CRM
Point person for the assigned advisors financial planning engagements. Meeting attendance, where appropriate
Direct communication with clients to gather relevant information for financial planning
Responsible for any client follow up required to gather plan data
Retirement analysis, insurance analysis, education funding, estate plan review, pension planning, life insurance review, tax strategies
Responsible for financial plan presentations with and without advisors present
Help evaluate financial planning software as needed
Rebalance client portfolios, as needed by advisors
Place trades to raise cash in accounts as needed by clients
Place trades to raise cash in accounts as needed for management fees
Manage firm client deposits and withdrawals, money link and RMD needs
Sell investment positions and reinvest proceeds in accordance with investment committee decisions.
Maintain initial and correction trade documentation as required.
All done in accordance with investment committee decisions
Support Senior Research Analyst with research projects, as needed
Take over some existing client relationships
Phone and office coverage, when requested, and as appropriate
Required Qualifications [Knowledge (Education), Skills and Abilities (KSAs)]:
3-5 years of financial planning experience
Able to work with little to no direct supervision
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office software
Detail oriented and well organized
Excellent consultative, interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of Financial Planning software (MoneyGuide Pro, eMoney, Silver by Money Tree)
Knowledge of Portfolio Center, SalesForce and Junxure CRMs
Familiarity with Schwab Institutional and TD Ameritrade custodians
