Summary of Duties and ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a driven individual to help tell the story of German American by driving the future of our employees we serve. As an Instructional Design Intern, you will work closely with the training team to equip team members with the skills and tools that will assist them in carrying out their job responsibilities. This position will also focus on developing participant-centered educational content to support the organization’s vision and prepare employees for continued growth in their careers. We strive to create a work environment that is fun, inclusive with a work-life integration and gives back to the communities we serve. Primary Duties and Responsibilities The Daily Grind – You will analyze, design, and develop educational content.
You’re Part of a Team – You are a member of the training team. You will assist team members by answering questions related to instructional design processes, procedures and services. And you have to be able to juggle – Multiple and conflicting priorities will come up under specific time constraints. In concert with your leader and training and development team members, you have to be quick to act when issues arise.
