Progressive financial institution seeks a professional and outgoing Customer Service Representative. Full-Time is available with some Saturdays required. Ideal candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Functions as the Bank's primary contact with the public.
Works directly with customers.
Manages a cash drawer.
Opens new accounts and helps customers with further products or assistance.
Handles customer inquiries or concerns.
Answering phone calls throughout the day.
Able to collaborate with other team members.
Applicant must be friendly, motivated, team orientated and possess a positive attitude. Cash handling skills or customer service experience helpful. Also looking for leadership skills in candidates. Advancement opportunities available.
