Citizens Community Bank, Mascoutah, IL, is searching for an individual to join the Compliance Department in the Freeburg, IL office. The ideal candidate will have experience and a working knowledge of various compliance regulations including, but not limited to, HMDA, RESPA, TRID, Flood, and Fair Lending. The candidate should also possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills, be very detail oriented, and have the ability to research regulatory requirements and suggest recommendations for implementation. Job responsibilities include: (1) performing compliance reviews, (2) identifying exceptions, communicating findings to employees, management, and/or Audit Committee through both verbal and written methods, and following-up to ensure corrective action has occurred, (3) interacting with examiners and auditors, (4) assisting in the scheduling of compliance reviews, (5) assisting in the preparation of written compliance related policies, procedures, checklists, etc., (6) assisting in staff training, and (7) performing other duties as assigned.
