Financial Planning Responsibilities:
Analyze asset ownership to determine balance sheet, net worth statement and future of possible asset division.
Develop financial plan by aggregating and analyzing results and variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions.
Oversee timeliness and accuracy of Financial Analyst’s duties to sort and reconcile multiple expense transactions by comparing, categorizing and correcting data.
Increase productivity by developing templates; eliminating duplications; coordinating information requirements.
Provide information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.
Prepare financial reports, charts, tables and other exhibits as needed.
Perform special projects to improve process efficiency and productivity.
Maintain and develop various financial models and standard templates distributed for use during the planning processes, ensuring quality, accuracy and focused analytic review.
Demonstrate insightful use of financial analysis techniques, tools, and concepts, to provide practical counsel to management to drive business results.
Asset Management Responsibilities:
Develop investment plans for new and existing clients.
Maintain and develop various investment models and standard templates for use during the investment planning processes, ensuring quality and accuracy.
Communicate with clients as necessary to provide updates on their accounts and capital markets.
Work closely with Client Service Associate to ensure that all clients are receiving the highest level of service in line with our current client service model.
Monitor accounts for proper asset allocation and rebalance as necessary to maintain the proper allocation in line with the client’s investment plan.
Education and General Work Skills Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems; CFP preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
Advanced MS Excel and complete MS Office skills required.
Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging entrepreneurial environment.
Independent worker and analytical thinker with ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve complex problems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Maturity, professionalism, and high level of discretion is required.
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
