The District Manager coaches, leads and manages the financial performance of a group of retail branches within a region. They guide their district to follow important policies, procedures and programs and lead by example, bringing U.S. Bank's strategy, mission and values to life for their employees. The District Manager fosters innovation, the development of meaningful customer relationships based on trust, and growth in sales and profitability, to support U.S. Bank's long-term strategy for success. This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. You will be subject to the required registration process, which includes a criminal background and credit check. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent work experience - Eight or more years of banking experience - Three or more years of experience in management
Preferred Skills/Experience - Proven leadership abilities and strategic management skills - Thorough knowledge of unit(s) and relation to industry - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills - Considerable tact, diplomacy and people skills
